If you live in, work in or are visiting Waterford and you have a service request regarding water and sewer, facilities and operations, or a streetlight issue, you can use the Citizen Request System to notify us of a problem or service concern. The request automatically gets routed to the appropriate DPW service area for action. By providing contact information within the Citizen Request System, you can visit the site 24/7 to check on the status of your request. In addition, if you provide your email address, we will electronically confirm your service request submission.
